We are thrilled with our decision to move to PreciseCheck for our background checks. The system is so user friendly, both for us and for the employees. The background checks come back quickly, the customer service is absolutely amazing. I've gotten quick responses any time I've needed anything. The background checks, once back, are easy to read- they highlight anything that shows up in red, otherwise a clear background check is green. The background checks are thorough and we have had zero issues with any of the information being inaccurate.

I've found that the response time with the PreciseCheck team has been astounding, they are extremely responsive and helpful when we began to implement their business with ours. They continue to check in if things are taking longer than expected (rarely), and we have a direct line to the President of the company which is a very personable touch!
