AgentTime (AT) is the best overall software

AgentTime is very efficient and error-free. We use this software at our office, and we are delighted with the performance it offers. It is very helpful for our call center operations. It helps to clear the queue on timely basis. And also helps to schedule the staffing at our office.

AT (AgentTime) is an all-rounder software solution for Contact Centers

It's been about a year we have been using AgentTime daily, and I would like to share that it is a fantastic solution for contact centers. You can check the details of active agents in real-time and manage the queue with the help of WFM (Workforce Management) very quickly.
