I'm the digital signage engineer at our organization. We switched to Four Winds several years ago and so far it has exceeded our needs, which allows us headroom to invent solutions that wasn't possible with the previous platform. There is certainly a trade-off between ease-of-use and flexibility. This is not a jump in and drive application, especially if you're new to digital signage. But the flexibility is massive! Four Winds helped us set up a test network within our network (we host ourselves) and gave us enough training in a month that, when we made the switch there was no gap in the day-today. Over the next few years as we gained more knowledge of the platform, we were able to implement new solutions that empowered our users. See below. Tech support has been great and were able to solve our issues each time, even when it came to our custom solutions and implementations.

The tech support is really quite outstanding.
