The back up support is amazing they are so helpful

Poppulo is so easy to use and super intuitive. The measurements and reporting side are exactly what we need and are available so quickly to track email engagement. For Newsletters, making new templates is a breeze and if there are any hiccups, the customer service team are brilliant and can't do enough for you. Their help is second to none and I know I'm in safe hands. For emails and flyers, I love that you can clone and also have folders to help group and file the communications so you can measure them more accurately. Cloning makes new emails a breeze (just remember to check the date!) The option to add surveys to the back end are great and it's good to have them all in one place with the communication too. We've used the meeting side to create events and they have been smooth. Being able to capture the data required and not have to have a separate DMS makes things so much simpler. Also the follow up emails are a doddle as it then has the information on who needs what. Being able to edit a back end page and republish is one of the best features as you don't have to resend anything should there be something that needs changing once sent.
