I thought the prompts during the calls telling me how I'm doing with my areas of improvement were going to be distracting, but they were actually pretty helpful. The insights are interesting to see how I stack up against peers in various areas

Poised is very easy to use -- easy to set up, and then easy to get started using habitually. It is extremely helpful in giving you feedback about how you're showing up in meetings. Knowing when I'm using too many filler words, not talking loud enough, or showing up with low energy is extremely helpful because it puts me in charge of my own communication.
