I love that by just listening to me in meetings and talking with customers, Poised can provide me with practical insights to improve my speaking abilities.

The real time feedback it provides to users as they're in a meeting is incredible. I can see when I'm talking too much, using filler words, or using positive/negative tone and make adjustments on the fly. The post-meeting reports are also great and help give me guidance on what to improve.

There are two features of Poised that I find very helpful. First, Poised provided real-time feedback. This helps me adjust my communication cadence, volume, or tone while leading a meeting. Second, the daily recaps help not only highlight trends but offer clips to review moments that were above or below my average performance.
