I really like how Poised can help you keep track of the little things in your speech. Things like your pace, filler words, and overall tone variation. Having a passive assistant like Poised to actively track this has allowed me to make huge strides in my own habits as a communicator. I particularly enjoy the Confidence and Clarity scores, as I often check them to see how I'm improving.

Poised offers an easy way to track your progress and improve you communication skills on video calls/meetings. It integrates easily with most of the major systems (google meet, zoom, etc) and provides private guidance in a real time manner to help you improve how you present yourself and your message. I loved having prompts to talk slower, reduce filler words (um, so, okay, etc), up my energy level, keep eye contact...etc
