Form and Workflow modules and actions are very powerful. This standardizes the way things are done in a federated development environment. Support staff is great to work with, they make it feel like we are their only customer.

It's easy to administer and making changes is very low impact. Love that we don't have to follow any change management practices within our organization for this tool because most changes are considered content changes. Developing new capabilities is fast and easy because of this.
