The platform is straightforward, easy to navigate and use, and intuitive. Requests for changes and upgrades are done quickly and effectively. The system provides multiple users with different experiences all being coordinated in the background which is a wonderful thing. I receive constant praise of the system and look forward to seeing what else it can do for us.

Also the low code platform and the ablitly to adjust the forms to match our business. Being able to create and adjust my own queues based of my own filter criteria is a nice perk.
