There is a vast selection of pre-defined graphics, like menue, facebook graphics, flyers, etc. The editing console is very straightforward for both pre-defined templates and for blank/starting from scratch, and even starts with a useful walkthrough. It was a bit of a learning curve, for me, but once I sussed it all, I was ok. Customer support has been response, not that I've had to use it much though. I'm using Plasfy sporadicly at the moment as I'm still developing, but it's a good tool on hand, when I need it. There are no integration or implementation issues for me as I create my images and then simply download them for inclusion through my own website editor.

What we like most is that Plasty is feature packed. We are looking forward to the upcoming features as detailed in the roadmap. Specifically more team option support.. The interface is similar to other online design editors we have used which has made learning the application easy. Customer support response is within 24 hours. We use Plasfy roughly 2-3 times a month. Primarily for creating social media cards or banner content.
