This tool is essentially a set of templates - both for PO content directly and the routing and approval processes based on the organization structure. Both work well and make completing and routing POs much easier than our old system of completing an out-of-date Excel file template and emailing it around to the list of recipients that aren't well documented.

It is easy to set up, it is easy to use, it provides us with really useful reports and the information hub has been invaluable.
