The fact that it is free is a big perk! It is also pretty self-explanatory as far as how to utilize the site. the optional download size is also convenient for marketers.

Great for photos, still short on the illustrations side

Easy, fast, good library that hosts unique photos in comparison to counterparts like unsplash, istock, etc. I use istock for vector graphics more often because of their variety though.
