I have worked with a lot of connector apps and customer service is usually poor. But everyone at Pipe17 is prompt to respond to issues and is solution-oriented. They don't just send templated responses, they actually read what we send them and reply with helpful information. I feel like that is rare these days, and I've loved working with everyone at Pipe17!
Works well for simple order routing, updating inventory on sales channels and updating sales channels with tracking information etc.
It handles kits very well.
Notifications are customizable and work great.
It's great to see the events and help us pinpoint the problems. (although somtimes the event shows "acknowledged" but in reality there as an issue that needed to be fixed)
