I had problems with video calls cutting out randomly. Using PingPlotter, I was able to "ping" a website every 2.5 seconds and isolate the problem to my Internet Service Provider. They sent me a replacement router and now, with PingPlotter, I can safely say I have run for a week with no outages. This is better than me having to have a week-long video call and logs all of my drops. I like that it runs in the background, and provides a graphical interface that shows outages (such as when I purposfully disconnected from wifi for 20 minutes).

PingPlotter highlights network problems in the click of a button. It can also show trends in the network issues. This makes troubleshooting easy and showing an ISP where your issues are become a dream.
