The best about Piktochart I like is that it contains a lot of pre-built graphics layouts, which we can use for creating our graphics design for using those on various platforms, all the templates that Piktochart provides is easy to alter and modify.

Ease of use and customization is very good. Some specific features that are in its competitors are lacking however.
