PicResize is one simple tool available on the internet but it does a very important work. PicResize as it's very from its name resize pictures. PicResize offers two types of resizing features one is reducing the size and other one is enlarging the image size. I use reducing image size very often in my company. It is very important for me to get the size of the image when creating a document. PicResize gives options to reduce the size either in percentages or in custom width and height. When choosing q option I like that PicResize also provides estimated width and height of the image for very precise resizing. This is very helpful for a editor like me in my company. Also with PicResize I can batch resize meaning I can resize many pictures at once. PicResize also respects privacy as any photo you uploaded gets deleted after a certain amount of time.

It is a great use for mine as when developing a software we need a smaller file size logo to work with. PicResize is does that work very effortlessly. It has presets like 50percent reduce, 70percent reduce etc. PicResize also enables me to give my custom width and height so that I can get the perfect size image I want. Besides reducing the image size PicResize also has the option to create some "special effects" in the photos. These special effects includes warmth, Gaussian blur, sharpen and many more. These can be useful sometimes. PicResize also gives many different options when saving the output. I like that even after compressing I can also choose the final JPG output to reduce my image size even more. This works very well. Overall I'm very happy with PicResize.

It has three presets available to reduce the size of the picture uploaded, these are 25% smaller, 50% smaller, 75% smaller. One good little useful feature is that once you select any of the presets or use custom size PicResize will show you estimated final width and height of the picture for better understanding. This is a very good feature for easily understanding how much smaller the output will be. PicResize also has the ability to add special effects to the photos which sometimes can be useful. Thse special effects include oil paint, lomo effect, grayscale, sharpen, gaussian blur etc. I like that PicResize also gives many different options like JPG, PNG, GIF and even BMP for saving final picture.
