The ability to have different tabs of discussion forums for different types of discussions (homeworks, assignments etc) is quite nice.

I like that not only are we allowed to ask professors questions, we are also allowed to leave comments under other students' posts in case a professor cannot get to the question immediately.

Where to use- university setup for example, for a discussion among professor and students of the particular course. For example professor can create tabs like exams, assignment number one, two, etc and then students can click the tabs and create various threads like problems in assignment three and start discussions where everyone contributes. this is very easy to use and recommended for even an office setup.
