The ease of use and accessibility being on the cloud. My team and I love being able to do everything we need to do on it. We never have to install new updates because its automatically updated, making it always accessible. The ability to customize our platform and the support we get is simply amazing.

The design looks great, it's intuitive and very user friendly. They got real customer support, and they get me my customized solutions within minutes after I ask for it. These customized solutions are really a great idea, one time I asked if they had recurring payments on the accounting part of the platform. I wanted to keep track of pumpers and overheads, the expenses that we always have every month so my accounting department did would have an easier time with those and within 30 minutes they gave me a whole working module. They did it so fast and it all happened over a Saturday night. They pick up the phone and answer emails on the weekends which is a huge plus for me.

Does exactly what we needed. Easy to set up and learn. Month to month, no set up fee for us. Production data management, cost control and owner relations are all linked together to reduce repetitive work. They also made a few customized solutions for us for free.
