The ability to quickly update all initiatives at once is great - other tools make the process too laborious to the point where it becomes and a pain. The reporting and visual mapping is also easy to set up and show on a variety of devices.

I like the weekly check-ins, it's easy to use and forces me to review goals and KPIs for my department on a weekly basis.
