It's nice to track and see how my colleagues are doing and what challenges and goals they are facing. It's easy to sometimes think that your own work means the most, but with Perdoo you can see and understand much more of the organisation.

I like that Strategic pillars, OKRs and Health metrics are all in one place. Everything connects to each other and it makes much easier for everybody to connect the dots. Reporting also is a good thing.
