Prior we had a homegrown webform that had some very big limitations. It didn't integrate to our CRM or financial system , didn't have the ability to account for non standard pricing, didn;'t allow for the automatic creation of invoices, didn;t allow for upsell/addition of new products to the clients portfolio, didn;t allow for payments to be made by credit card and didn't allow for the client to view any invoices.
