I love that our own data can be uploaded so we can easily see if there are any employees in a job we are reviewing market data on. Also love that we can create an ADHOC job while working on a range for a new job.

Powerful and User Friendly Platform

I like that I can go on Payfactors and and can simplify the complex task of managing compensation data. It also acts as a one-stop shop where I can choose to work on internal positions, or update salary survey data via participation and Im also able to get templates for many salary surveys. I like that Payfactors is able to provide real-time martket data and benchmarks and the reporting tools are aso robust. I appreciate their customer support, our organization works with a particular contact but there's also the ability to submit service requests online.
