Next level comp tool

PayFactors is an innovative tool and transforming the future of compensation management. The data insights tool and job description manager are perks on top of an already awesome comp benchmarking platform. Under the PayScale umbrella, the education options have really been enhanced. The webinars are super valuable and our account team is always sharing information that may be pertinent to us.

Great all around compensation tool

I love that it is easy to use, and well organized. I know where to go when I need something. The Job Description library makes it easy to keep my job descriptions up to date. The pricing tool is easy to search and make selections. Great over all tool to start your compensation journey.
