Compensation analysis

Payfactors offers clients the ability to drill as far down on their compensation benefits as they want. The final report is clear and easy to understand. The graphs provide an excellent visual representation of the information.

Transition from PayScale to PayFactors

Strong market data and analytics all in one system. Ability to quickly research a general salary "number" for specific positions. Ability to add weight when working with two different job descriptions and wanting to marry the two. Ability to track job descriptions, track total comp packages, and differentiating between peer and HR data.
