Great tool for survey management & reporting!

Marketpay has been a lifesaver in our compensation survey management space. It is so easy to review our jobs data in one place versus using several spreadsheets. It is relatively easy to use and maintain. Implementing the tool was very simple and updating year over year is done with ease. It also integrates with our HRIS for our employee and job data to flow in weekly.

pay tool that streamlines your work

I love that everything is in one place I can have my JD, employee data, and market information all in there. No more having to go to multiple data sources. It makes my job so much easier and less time-consuming. It was also really easy to implement; pretty much plug and play which is what I always look for in software tools.
