Overall our experience with implementation has been really straightforward. We've had a few teething issues with the TravelPerk Integration but have been liasing with our account manager to resolve this. We've also already used the chatbot function to get support on some smaller points that we just needed clarity on. I love that we have most of purchasing needs combined in one platform and as a platform its really intuitive to use and navigate. The dashboard is very easy to navigate and very self explanatory.
