The best thing about MeetingKing is the ability to instantly see and modify notes on a mobile device. This takes the pressure of one person making notes and allows an entire team to contribute, keeping everyone involved in what is going on.

What I liked most about this software was the Work Area section. I like it because I can assign tasks to a team of people and send them to them by email, they do not need to be users of the software. I can also tag the activities, so I can easily search for them. As the tasks are done, they are marked as done and I can add a final note. It is very easy to create labels. It integrates to Google Calendar quickly.

The user interface is simple, it's easy to identify the steps needed to register a meeting. I really like that I can add tags, it's an excellent way to locate the activity later when there are many tasks registered. I can also add the participants' email addresses and MeetingKing sends them a notification by email, without the need for them to be registered. I also like that it provides the possibility to assign tasks to a group of people, which is very useful when you lead a work team and want to ensure that everyone knows and understands what they need to do and make sure they fulfill it. Another thing I really liked is the way it generates meeting minutes: it organizes the notes you take during the meeting and sends them in a formal format to the participants. It also integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook.
