We have reduced our wastage & costs significantly and improved efficiency using PaperCut as our PMS

First off, I like PaperCut's features that help us save costs and make maximum use of our budget like showing the estimated costs of prints before printing and giving alerts regarding changing to 'print on both sides' or printing 'black and white' in order to save costs. As an administrator, it is really easy for me to manage the queues and access all the printing and costs data across all devices. The user interface of PaperCut is really straightforward which makes printing and managing really easy. Another great feature of PaperCut is the secure print release feature which ensures that the prints are released only when that particular person is present near the printer (This helps us avoid question paper leaks during examinations). The ability to communicate with everyone regarding their usage of the printers is very helpful as well. The implementation of PaperCut was hassle-free and took just a few hours. Overall, it provides loads of information which helps us in looking for ways to minimise our printing costs which minimizes paper usage hence helping the environment.

Review of Papercut

Its a printing management software we use it on the go for printing solutions. It has all the features like scanning and it also allow multiple users to use the same printing solution. it helps you to manage your printing activity that too while being eco friendly. we have to use papercut daily as we require a lot of papers the most effective part of papercut was how seamlessly we were able to implement and integrate it with our current system.
