So glad Pando exists!

- One of the very few - and definitely the best - dedicated solutions to continuous feedback. There are a lot of great engagement platforms out there, but nothing to solve the acute job of feedback and coaching and progression - Bring-your-own career development rubric has been really critical. I couldn't imagine doing it any other way - The software works for regularly-scheduled review cycles as well as one-off, ad hoc feedback

Excellent for tracking career growth

Pando has a beautiful user interface, is intuitive to use and is highly customizable for each company. It's been a tool that allows me and my team members to keep track of their milestones in one place.

Builds more alignment and trust between the employee and manager.

The part of Pando I get the most value from are the manager-employee calibrations. It brings forward so many good conversations that leave you feeling aligned afterward. Employees who are hard on themselves benefit from this too, because it allows the manager to use the conversation to build confidence in the employee's ability.
