I loved the ease of use of this product. It allowed me to truly put pen to paper and manifest my idea into a true business plan that I was able to present to an investor and get everything moving in the right direction.

I really like how LivePlan organizes my thoughts and gets me out of writer's block at times when I can't get going on certain things. It keeps the ball moving forward, unlike other plans I've used, which just sit static when I'm struggling with certain areas. LivePlan, with its AI, helps me get through business plans a lot quicker. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy, about a nine on a scale of one to ten.

I use LivePlan to organize and structure our business planning activities. What I like most is that it's multi-user, so we could all contribute to it and experience the updates in real time. That made the process more efficient and effective and got us through the business planning cycles faster. It didn't really change the outcome, but it made the compilation more effective as we went through the process of collaborating on the business plan. The version history was very effective for knowing and watching all the changes throughout the process. If we wanted to go back to previous revisions in the business plan, it was helpful to see what the changes were and bring them back if it made sense. The integration with QuickBooks was helpful. Revenue forecasting was a very effective tool to help us estimate revenues and expenses. Of all the features, multi-user collaboration is the one I rely on most. It gives a structured, formatted discipline for creating project plans. Getting it set up was fairly easy, and the interface was obvious and intuitive.
