User Friendly Interface and Insightful Data Tabs

1) User friendly interface which can be operated by any type of user ( skilled or underskilled person). 2) Has various types of report available in the system which helps user to make decisions as if when required. 3) API integration and implementation with CRM is very swift and has 99.9% error free information flow. 4) Customer support is very approachable and every issue gets resolved in less than 30 min. 5) As an Administrator, activating and suspending account access is very useful and I can monitor the call flow, abandon %, service delivery KPI's on real time basis.

Ozonetel hai toh consumer reach smooth hai!

In order to facilitate communication, I use Ozonetel services to allow my business partner to contact us. Through the inbound system, we receive their request and can easily verify the partner's non-registered check. Partners can call for free. Additionally, Ozonetel's multi-level IVR system assists us in guiding Partners to the department they wish to connect with when managing Partners to connect to a specific team. While this is going on, we make sure that connectivity and wait times are maintained. Next, we use Ozonetel's recoded IVR, which includes information about any dynamic recoding and keeps callers interested.
