There was nothing helpful about the product or team. They have the worst customer service in the industry. During my onboarding call, it was suggested that I can create my own content. I thought at that point, what am I really paying for here?!

Outbound produces and distributes relevant articles to our clients. That being said, we don't really need that service. Most of them are not opening up the emails. It doesn't help up retain customers.
