Software for the management and analysis of geospatial data.

I like that it is an open source software that is used for the evaluation and analysis of geospatial data, image processing, production of graphics and maps, spatial modeling and visualization. is an easy to use program that offers multiple options for the management of geographic information for the planning and execution of projects, plans, and programs. I like that it contains specialized tools for the production of graphics and maps that facilitate the presentation of results.

Fantastic Free and Open GIS software.

Imports/exports all common formats for GIS (raster and vector). Great hydrologic modeling tools. Awesome community of users and developers. 3D rendering of surfaces is a very useful visualization tool.
