However, Ordway offers a flexible solution that really impressed our team. Ordway was able to automate everything for us. The implementation team is very quick to respond and worked with us to build features useful for our team. The level of attention is unparalleled. The UI is intuitive and is a drastic improvement from other billing systems I have used in the past.

We have a usage-based billing structure which we really struggled with in Zuora due to how it was configured. Ordway were attentive to where we were struggling and proposed a setup that provides exactly what we need. Our invoice timing has dropped from the 3rd week of the month to the first already and we are still to integrate Salesforce and our usage data. The UI is intuitive and easy to learn.
