The UI is easy to navigate. Ordway has many enhancements over Zuora such as ease of use, email visibility, one-time invoicing, and credit creation. Credit balances on accounts automatically get applied to the next invoice (unlike in Zuora). Ordway's payment page is very nice from a customer perspective. Any emails or questions get answered in a timely manner.

Billing Platforms can be daunting, but Ordway's interface makes it easy to navigate. Even if you are less than an expert in AR (like me), you can easily get things done in Ordway.
