Update: I have now used Ordway for 10+ months, and I rarely need to ask for help, and I use the software multiple times per day. I would say what I like best now is the flexibility of the system. I can pretty easily create subscriptions that are non-standard, with "odd" billing or revenue recognition. I also like their roadmap; each month, they roll out new features, and they're often things I didn't even know I wanted until I use them!
