OpenUp is een fantastische, laagdrempelige tool voor alle niveuas binnen de organisatie. Naast zeer bruikbare tips en goed te volgen masterclasses op veel uiteenlopende, maar altijd actuele thema's, kan men binnen 24 uur een berope doen op een psycholoog in de eigen taal. Zelfs familieleden mogen gebruik maken van OpenUp. Het helpt managers om teamleden hierop te wijzen en men zo verder te kunnen helpen.

They have fun content that is easy to share with employees. In addition, they cover interesting topics. The conversations with the psychologists are also very nice, as you receive good tips and get tools to work on yourself.

As HR Advisor, I'm very grateful that we can offer OpenUp to our employees. I only hear great and positive reactions from our employees. The fact that you can already plan a 1-1 chat with a psychologist withing a day is great. Next to that, they also offer a lot of interesting content.
OpenUp is very easy to use, implementing it doesn't cost any effort. OpenUp has a lot of content available for you to launch the tool.
The people working at OpenUp are also great, they have a great CS & Support team.
