Ease of use and great mind-mapping tool.

Ayoa is simpe to use, colourful, interesting, well thought out and well laid out. It is instinctive for the most part, and yet has some great videos and user support if needed. I love th emind mapping aspect of it and use that the most. Pretty much every day. The whiteboards are handy when working with people who appreciate that style. Switching between views is invaluable, as is the ability to export or present immediately. No waiting. There is a product at the end of a thought process ready to go to the next stage of development. And I can use Ayoa for that as well.

The capability of doing amazing colourful mind maps that look like hand drawn and the combination of AI and so many other functionalities, like task management. It's really easy to implement (web based) and start using it as it is almost instinctive. I use it for many years on a daily basis as it perfectly integrates with most of my work processes, mainly on the creativity side.
