OpenCRM have an excellent Customer Services team who respond to any questions or queries quickly and efficiently. We received a series of very informative remote training sessions on the use of the CRM, enabling us to effectively create internal reports etc. We are now able to create professional e-newsletters with the Stripo to the OpenCRM.

This platform is so easy to navigate and use. I can also submit any suggestions I have to improve my experience of the platform, so it is able to provide me with everything I need.

The ease of access and tools are my favorite aspects.
