Social Audience is very user friendly, you don't need any skills to use it.

I use OneQube for tracking hashtag research associated with our social campaigns. I love that I can see everything from # of users using the hashtag to impressions and reach. There are a lot of other features available, but we haven't utilized them yet. But for our usage, it does exactly what we need.

I like the ability to combine a combination of keywords, hashtags, twitter handles into one search and then filter later on for in depth analysis. The filter options are great to slice and dice the twitter content and understand communities and the profiles of those members. I really like the ability to export profile results to a twitter list to be used by other platforms and tools. The recent additions of top URL's and top Media in the reporting is a great enhancement.
