It feels like there's no red tape. I contact my assigned account manager and he takes care of it. I like the pro-active service - I didn't have to ask for monthly check-ins and reviews, OneNeck set that up and came to each meeting prepared with all the outstanding issues.

I appreciate their quick responses to requests and open support tickets.
