Flexible and Powerful - Project Management and Ticketing in One

We had a difficult time finding a package that would allow us to manage our products and customers all in one site. OneDesk gives us this flexibility. Even though we are small, our business is complex. We were pleasantly surprised that we could implement "out of box" and without a consultant. OneDesk is very receptive to customer feedback.

Manage your projects and helpdesk in one place

The best thing about OneDesk is that we get multiple features in one place like customer management tools, helpdesk, project management tools, workflow automation, etc. It allows us to just use one software for multiple purposes.
