Finally - something to help management see the value we're adding to the business

I like everything, the ability to track conversations with management, the ability for colleagues to give thanks for all the effort we're putting in, and whilst I've not used it yet, the ability to suggest things others might be able to do, to improve. Our work is in depth/complex, so having the option to create a word cloud is great - the insight this gives shows your strengths and made me realise I do a lot more than I thought/what the job spec entails. Our business provide award ceremonies/trips out and I was invited to the first of these, from the feedback I've gained via this system - so I could not be more happy. Thank you.

I enjoy being able to refer back to my goals, the CR system is accessible and user friendly. It supports a reflective and positive supervision when you give and recieve supervision
