We have been using One Church Software for about 18 months. Our conversion from our previous system went smoothly, and the developer's assistance was excellent. Many others are not, but One Church is a fully integrated church management solution. The developers are open to enhancement requests, and many we have submitted have been implemented. I find the user interface to be intuitive. Role-based security was implemented a few months after we started and has been great. I use the query builder is powerful, and I use it frequently. The online support articles are excellent, and chat support is very responsive when you have additional questions.
