Ease of use, able to communicate with candidates via email and SMS, highly customisable. Integration with different softwares we are using during onboarding process is very valuable and makes the whole process streamlined.

I really love how streamlined the results are, and how I can find most everything I am looking for in the same place. Lots of platforms aren't super user-friendly, but I appreciate how easy it is to find what I am looking for on Fountain.

The workflow which is fully customisable. Its endless in its features and different other tools that you can implement into the workflow and pipeline. The additional features that you can use in form of other applications and easily put them into the workflow / pipeline. The stages and in which order they apperar is also fully customisable, which is good. And can actually also differ between different campaigns / postings. Its easy to have different positions and postings and use different pipelines, but you can also use the same utilities for all postings, which are easily found under tools.
