The interface is super intuitive and easy to grasp. Bots get smarter by the day and with proper training it becomes less and less perceptible you're talking to a machine. It has a lot of data entry points under its command, so you can train your bot to work inside a website widget, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp and others, with these you can use just this tool instead of a wide range for each platform.

I like the AI. The user interface is friendly and we have an account with unlimited messanges and bots. The software is still in development so it has room for improvements but i have faith that the team will deliver great results over time.
