I am extremely happy because Meetingplaza is very easy to install in different devices like PC's,tablets and Smartphones. Making this tool so portable. Because its portable i can schedule a meeting anytime anywhere i am. Meetingplaza makes us more comfortable because we can share screens while viewing multiple webcams simultaneously. Also have an option whether to record an ongoing online meeting session and shere the data with our other colleagues who were not present in the meeting.
