The team working for notify are amazing, relativly new softwere to our bunissnes and still in the developmet stages but despite this the team are always avaible and willing to listen to the users feedback before updating and rolling out new versions/updates.
Primarily...It is simple and intuitive to use. It is well developed and offers some great solutions to get up and running very quickly and easy. It has a range of tailorable features and licencing set-ups, with various access levels easily established. Creating an organisation-focused approach allows for complete and effective reporting and investigation of events.
Audit planning is a doddle, as is setting up template forms and dependable questions. The risk assessments are also very easy and quick to set up.
Any business could easily be up and running with Notify with very little impact on resources if needed, in a very short space of time.
The built in “Global Lists” are superb and new ones can be set up very quickly. The incident reporting module is a great reporting tool as well, with clearly presented dashboards that allow for easy interrogation and drilling down into data.
