The network cloaking feature is a huge plus. We receive reports daily that show just how much work it is doing to allow our firewall and router to handle more of what they are needed to do without worrying about all of the extra traffic. And their support is top notch, but we've only had to contact them once or twice in the 3 years we've had the product.

They are friendly, know what they are doing, and easy to work with.
