Good product for collecting user's feedback effectively. It intergrated seamlessly with Trello and Slack. Overall it solves the problem very well. Update: Nolt has helped us restore our access. I feel thankful but I think this issue should be handle automatically, therefore, I revised my score to 4.5/5

Clean design, very easy to use and great pricing for startups

I was very pleased with the tool as it is very simple to use. We were looking for a way to gather additional information from our customer base and Nolt was simple to on-board, had great value for money, and the customer support team was helpful along the way.
